Investment Real Estate - Licensed Acquisitions Agent

$/yr - $/yr
What You’ll Do- Identify and acquire off-market and MLS investment properties for our buyer network
- Analyze real estate deals using ARV, renovation costs, and market trends
- Build strong rapport with sellers and property owners to negotiate win-win deals
- Collaborate with the sales team to match properties to qualified investors
- Manage the full acquisition pipeline from lead to close
- High Volume, High Velocity Our acquisition agents regularly close multiple deals per month. Work with motivated sellers, cash buyers, and move fast. Speed wins.
- Proven Training & Mentorship You’ll receive hands-on training from senior leaders and ongoing learning through Blackhorne University. Even experienced agents level up here.
- Lead Flow That Keeps You Moving Our in-house marketing generates consistent inbound leads. No cold calling required—but hustle is still mandatory.
- Strong Infrastructure & Team Culture Work alongside a team of skilled agents, proven processes, and a support system that lets you focus on what matters—closing deals.
- True Earning Potential First-year agents can earn between $135K–$220K, with top performers surpassing $400K+. There’s no income ceiling.

- Active Real Estate License (Required)
- 1+ years of experience in residential real estate, sales, or acquisitions preferred
- Familiarity with BRRRR, ARV, and wholesale strategies—or eagerness to learn
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Ability to analyze market data and think strategically
- Drive, hunger, and resilience to thrive in a commission-based environment
- Reliable transportation to travel for appointments and site visits
