Are you a natural connector who thrives on relationship-building and hitting goals? Axis Real Estate Team is growing across the nation, and we’re looking for a driven, energetic Agent Recruiter to help us expand our agent network. In this role, you ll be on the front lines—reaching out to agents, scheduling and holding daily appointments, attending real estate events, and inviting agents to join our team events.

You ll be a key player in helping agents discover the value and opportunity of being part of Axis.

• Make outbound calls to licensed agents across the country
• Set and hold daily appointments with agents to share what Axis offers
• Attend local real estate events and network with agents
• Personally invite agents to Axis team events and masterminds
• Track communications and follow up consistently
• Represent the Axis culture with passion and professionalism

• Has 2+ years of experience in sales, recruiting, or outbound calling
• Is based in Arizona and familiar with the real estate landscape
• Communicates clearly, confidently, and enthusiastically
• Is a team player with a growth mindset
• Has a strong, positive attitude and is coachable/trainable
• Loves connecting with people and thrives in a fast-paced environment

Compensation: $65,000–$100,000/year (Base + Bonuses)

Schedule: Monday–Friday with flexible hours starting at 9 AM; participation in team meetings and training is required
