• ✅ Enjoys marketing, touring properties, and closing leases
• ✅ Delivers exceptional customer service to residents & owners

• Serve as the first point of contact for prospective residents
• Conduct showings, manage inquiries, and guide applicants from start to finish
• Create engaging property listings and marketing content
• Support resident relations, renewals, and coordinate with the property management team
