We are looking for a motivated and strategic professional to join our acquisitions division, working with homeowners and investors to uncover off‑market opportunities and guide transactions from first contact through closing. This role is ideal for licensed agents who enjoy fast‑paced environments and want to grow within a team focused on collaboration and strong results. You will collaborate closely with experienced producers who provide hands‑on mentorship and share proven acquisition strategies.
With access to structured systems, conversation frameworks, and deal models, you will learn to manage inbound leads, create win‑win outcomes, and close confidently inside a supportive and opportunity‑driven culture.
- Access to inbound seller and investor pipelines
- One on one mentorship from experienced top producers
- Proven acquisition systems and structured deal frameworks
- Marketing and coordination support for managing active deal flow
- Ongoing training and development that support long term success
- Build rapport with prospects and clients to overcome objections and get the deal signed
- Act as an intermediary between your sellers and buyers to ensure a smooth close
- Perform analysis on property value using comps, data, site walks, market trends, and research
- Follow up on all leads and requests for information
- Utilize the CRM daily to track all necessary contact interaction details and monitor sales process
