Financial is expanding its Phoenix field team and seeks a Leasing Agent to manage homes from post-construction through move-in. You will own conditions, drive a fast leasing pipeline, and ensure excellent resident experiences across marketing, showings, and closings.
You bring an AZ real estate license, 2+ years in property PM sales/marketing, and strong communication. A company vehicle is provided; standard hours are Mon–Fri with travel to properties in the region.
