Research Technician III
The Center for Advanced Molecular and Immunological Therapies (CAMI), located in Downtown Phoenix, is seeking highly motivated applicants for the position of Research Technician III. This challenging position will work under the guidance of a Principal Scientist to develop novel therapies against cancer. Successful candidates will demonstrate high levels of enthusiasm, dedication, and drive to work in a team environment focused on advancing T cell-based immunotherapies.

Duties & Responsibilities- Assist in and contribute to the design, execute, and analyze complex experiments.
- Follow detailed protocols and help in identifying, trouble shooting, and solving problems associated with experimental protocols.
- Perform routine laboratory procedures that include but are not limited to molecular biology, biochemical assays, and sterile tissue culture.
- Maintain clear detailed written and digital notebooks of experimental design, setup, calculations and execution of laboratory procedures.
- Assist with the acquisition of lab supplies, setup, upkeep, and maintenance of laboratory equipment.
- Assist with mouse colony management, that includes animal handling, care, record keeping, and performing experimental procedures.
- Clean/sterilize instruments, glassware, and equipment.
- Assist and follow lab safety protocols and following established procedures for waste material accumulation and disposal.
- Train colleagues in the operation of equipment and or experimental techniques.
- Additional duties may be assigned.
- High school diploma or high school diploma equivalency is required.
- Minimum 5 years related work experience required.
