• Prepare and maintain laboratory equipment and materials for experiments and testing.
• Assist senior technicians and scientists in conducting experiments, analyses, and data recording.
• Perform routine laboratory tasks such as sample preparation, pipetting, and basic instrument operation.
• Maintain accurate records of experiments, results, and observations.
• Follow laboratory safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe work environment.
• Assist in maintaining inventory and ordering supplies as needed.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to support research and development activities.
• Participate in training programs to enhance technical skills and knowledge.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Some college coursework in a relevant field (e.g., biology, chemistry, pharmaceutical sciences) is preferred.

• Basic understanding of laboratory techniques and procedures.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and challenges.
• Basic computer skills for data entry and record‑keeping.

• Ability to stand, sit, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods.
• May involve exposure to chemicals and laboratory equipment.
