Lead health economics and outcomes research (HEOR) for oncology diagnostics, focusing on demonstrating clinical and economic value of Natera's molecular testing technologies across various indications.
Responsibilities- develop and validate health economic models (cost-effectiveness, budget impact, ROI, Markov, decision trees)
- integrate HEOR into clinical development and real-world evidence strategies
- analyze clinical trial and observational data
- lead scientific publications
- create payer evidence for reimbursement and market access
- develop global HEOR strategies aligned with HTA requirements
- collaborate cross-functionally (Medical Affairs, Clinical, Biostatistics, Commercial) and with external partners
- advanced degree (PhD, MD, PharmD, or Master's) in Health Economics, Outcomes Research, or related
- 5-10+ years HEOR experience in biotech, pharma, or diagnostics
- expertise in health economic modeling, outcomes research, and real-world evidence
- experience supporting payer evidence, reimbursement, and scientific publications
- familiarity with molecular diagnostics, ctDNA, MRD, NGS, and biomarker strategies preferred
