Server Assistant

Position Summary: The Server Assistant supports waitstaff and ensures smooth and efficient restaurant operations by maintaining cleanliness, resetting tables, and assisting with guest needs. This role is key to providing a seamless dining experience and upholding high standards of service.

• Promptly clear and reset tables after guests depart
• Refill water glasses and assist in delivering food and beverages to tables
• Ensure dining areas are clean, organized, and stocked with necessary supplies
• Assist servers with pre-bussing and guest requests
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of server stations and dining areas
• Communicate effectively with servers, hosts, and kitchen staff
• Follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines

• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment
• Attention to detail and customer service orientation
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed

• Prior experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting

Pay Rate starts at $11.70 per hour and will move up based on experience
