Job Title: Host/Hostess
Job Description: Welcome guests, seat at tables or in the bar area. Ensure quality of service.
Responsibilities- Greet guests
- Utilize wait list and advise of realistic wait times
- Menu knowledge and making suggestions while guests wait
- Accompany guests to their seat
- Answer phones and handle guest concerns
- Assist restaurant with any needs they have
- Ability to multi-task
- Energetic and personable
- Willing to adapt and work in multiple areas when needed
