McArthur's Lead Line Cook (Full-Time) – Arizona Biltmore

Join Pyramid Global Hospitality as a Lead Line Cook at the iconic Arizona Biltmore in Phoenix.

The Arizona Biltmore is a luxury resort located in the heart of the Biltmore neighborhood. The 39‑acre property reopened in May 2021 after a $150 million restoration. It features over 700 rooms, 200 000 sq ft of banquet space, 9 food‑and‑beverage outlets, a spa, and 7 pools.

• Prepare all food items according to standard recipes and guest specifications to ensure consistency.
• Maintain consistency and work as a team.
• Control proper storage of products, monitoring age and condition to rotate and maintain highest quality.
• Keep all refrigeration equipment, storage, and working areas clean and clutter free, complying with Health department regulations.
• Prepare daily requisitions for supplies and food items for production.
• Read and employ math skills to follow recipes.
• Perform general cleaning tasks using standard hotel cleaning products as assigned by supervisor.
• Keep floors dry and clean to avoid slip/fall accidents.
• Perform other duties as requested, such as moving supplies and equipment, cleaning up unexpected spills.

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Graduate of an Apprenticeship or accredited Culinary School (preferred)

• At least three (3) years of cooking experience in a professional, fast‑paced kitchen
• Prior hotel / resort experience (preferred)
• Upscale / luxury dining experience (preferred)

• Maricopa County Food Handler Card
• Serve Safe Food Handler Certification (preferred)

This is a full‑time position and you must have availability to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
