• Some high school
• Operations experience preferred
• Food Safety:
  Local/municipal requirements (such as Food Handler certification) acquired at applicant’s own expense

While performing duties, counter areas may be hot with steam from steam tables and food vapors. Workspace is restricted and employees are generally expected to remain standing for long periods. Employees must be able to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for long periods, and work in a fast-paced environment. Effective verbal communication and the ability to adapt to changing priorities are required.
