North Scottsdale Pay: $15.15 / hour + Tips

This role will be located at one of Clive Collective's Concepts in North Scottsdale. Modern Italian Steakhouse |or| Asian-American Fusion Restaurant & Sushi.

The Porter / Polisher plays a vital role in supporting CLIVE's front-of-house operations by maintaining the organization, cleanliness, and readiness of all service areas. This position ensures that polished glassware, silverware, and linens are prepared to CLIVE's elevated standards, allowing the service team to focus on delivering a refined and seamless guest experience. The ideal candidate takes pride in precision, consistency, and teamwork.

• Roll polished silverware neatly and consistently according to CLIVE's standards.
• Fold linens and napkins for service, including special folds for private dining and VIP events.
• Polish all glassware, silverware, and service plates using proper tools and sanitary techniques.
• Maintain fully stocked and organized side stations throughout each shift.
• Ensure roll-up stock and par levels are met proactively before and during service.
• Keep the polishing and prep areas clean, organized, and free of clutter.
• Assist with setting and breaking down stations at the beginning and end of shifts.
• Support servers and runners during peak periods with table resets, water refills, and light clearing.
• Collaborate with the Bar and BOH teams to assist with restocking, product organization, and overall flow of service.
• Maintain an active on-floor presence when needed to ensure all stations remain prepared and service-ready.

• No prior restaurant experience required ideal entry-level hospitality position.
• Strong attention to detail and pride in presentation.
• Ability to work independently and stay focused during slower periods.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• Must be able to stand or sit for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
• Must have (or obtain) a current Arizona Food Handlers Card.
