Pay: $14.35-$15 per hour plus tips each shift

Kneaders Bakery & Cafe is looking for an enthusiastic Front of House TEAM MEMBER passionate about food quality, customer service, & community. The role involves working within a dynamic team to serve a unique menu of freshly baked bread, pastries, soups, salads, & sandwiches made with whole ingredients.

• A "can do" attitude – actively listen to guests, suggest meal & gift items to first‑time guests & returning regulars.
• Work quickly, learn from mistakes, and look for opportunities to help other departments even before being asked.
• Shift flexibility: shifts vary week to week depending on traffic & season; start as early as 3 PM & end as late as 9 PM, Monday–Saturday.

• 1+ years customer service/serving experience (preferred, not required).
• Attentiveness to compliance with local, state, & federal regulations for food handler & sanitation standards.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
