What You’ll Do
  • Provide excellent customer service, demonstrating thorough knowledge of menu items.
  • Serve food and beverages punctually, courteously, and accurately.
  • Be an advocate for the restaurant, creating personally memorable experiences that encourage repeat visits.
  • Support the team while maintaining a clean, dry, and safe environment.
  • Greet, welcome, and promptly attend to guests’ tables.
  • Take orders, process them quickly and accurately in the POS system.
  • Prepare and serve meal accompaniments and manage beverage service, including wine opening and coffee/espresso stations.
  • Perform sidework, setup and breakdown of various stations, and bussing duties.
  • Assist with to‑go orders, seating, phone calls, and any other supportive tasks.
  • Attend all required trainings and meetings.
  • Maintain constant communication with support staff and management, handling any guest complaints appropriately.
  • Adapt to additional responsibilities as the role evolves.
What You Bring
  • At least one year of experience in a related or supportive role.
  • Food Handler and Alcohol Awareness Certifications (where applicable).
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Enthusiasm for learning and sharing product, menu, and allergy information.
  • Proficiency with the restaurant POS system and accurate money handling.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays when needed.
  • Motivation, initiative, and a positive, flexible attitude.
