Work side by side with your restaurant leaders in your assigned areaSpend 2-3 days at a time in a restaurant providing direction and feedback for the leadership teamSupport all assigned restaurant leaders in hitting targets for sales, labor, and food costCultivate a culture of positivity and gratitude within the teamBuild a bench of future leadersWork with Talent Mentors to ensure proper staffing levels for all assigned restaurantsBe good to others. 2-5 years of multi-unit leadership experienceAvailable to work a five-day set scheduleStrong leadership skills and experience mentoring a teamProven track record of developing people and growing sales as a multi-unit leaderEnthusiastic, positive, and drivenEnjoys a fast-paced environmentAdaptable to new processes and systemsBecome part of a collaborative group that values teamwork above all else.
