Life Time Inc. is hiring a Bartender to manage a high‑volume restaurant and nightclub environment. The bartender ensures compliance with alcohol serving laws, prepares beverages, interacts with customers, and maintains a clean and sanitized environment.

The bartender prepares alcohol or non‑alcohol beverages, checks , accepts payments, serves food, and keeps the bar area orderly and sanitary. The bartender also manages inventory and cash reconciliation.

• Follows recipes to prepare cocktails and drinks, including garnish.
• Serves members and customers promptly, checking , handling payments, and answering questions.
• Maintains cleanliness by cleaning bar surfaces, furniture, equipment, and returning used dishware to the kitchen.
• Re‑stocks liquors, wines, beers, non‑alcoholic ingredients, and replaces beer barrels.
• Reconciles the bar’s cash register at the end of each shift.

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 1 to 2 years of bartending experience.
• Certified to serve alcohol.
• CPR/AED certification required within the first 30 days of hire.
• Ability to bend and lift more than 20 lbs.
• Ability to work in a stationary position or move about the cafe for prolonged periods.

• Experience with inventory and ordering.
