• Provide exceptional guest service
• Use strong communication, organizational and time‑management skills
• Show passion and love for the art and craft of coffee and cocktails
• Serve high‑quality coffee and espresso drinks during the day and transition to a bar setting in the evening
• Make blended drinks, tea beverages, and other cocktail drinks
• Provide product details and make recommendations to customers
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café area
• Stock, inventory, and replenish café supplies
• Operate café equipment such as espresso machines safely
• Assist with opening and closing duties

• 2+ years of prior barista experience
• Understanding of coffee preparation, brewing methods, and espresso machines
• Knowledge of drink recipes and bartending techniques
• Customer‑service oriented with good communication skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment
• Attention to quality and presentation of drinks
• Enthusiasm for coffee, specialty beverages, and hospitality
