Our Chick-fil-A team is seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Evening Prep Team Member to support our kitchen operations during the evening hours. This role is essential in ensuring top-quality food preparation, proper ingredient portioning, and a clean, organized kitchen. Responsibilities

• Prepare, portion, and label ingredients according to Chick-fil-A recipes and procedures
• Maintain a clean, sanitized, and organized prep area throughout the shift
• Follow proper food rotation (FIFO) and uphold all food safety standards
• Restock ingredients and supplies to support efficient kitchen operations
• Safely operate kitchen equipment designated for 18+ team members
• Communicate with leadership regarding product levels, quality concerns, or equipment issues
• Assist with evening clean-up and closing tasks as assigned
• Demonstrate Chick-fil-A's "Second Mile Service" and support our "Winning Hearts Every Day" culture

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old due to equipment operation requirements
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work consistent evening shifts
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and maintain high standards
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to food safety
• Positive attitude, teamwork skills, and willingness to help wherever needed
• Prior kitchen or prep experience strongly encouraged

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift 25–50 lbs
• Standing for extended periods
• Repetitive motions (slicing, lifting, scooping, packing)
