We’re seeking a skilled line cook who treats every plate like a performance. You’ll be at the heart of the action — prepping, plating, and perfecting dishes that keep guests coming back from the lazy river to the dinner table.

• A command of culinary fundamentals — sauces, stocks, and the techniques that separate good food from unforgettable food.
• An eye for quality that never compromises, from ingredient selection to final plating.
• The stamina to thrive in a fast-paced kitchen, including the ability to move supplies, maintain equipment, and keep your station spotless and up to health code.
• Comfort working in a dynamic, high-heat environment — both literally and figuratively.
• A sharp sense of consistency, ensuring every dish mirrors the standard recipe and the resort’s reputation.

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred; culinary apprenticeship a strong plus.
• Prior cooking experience preferred.
• Maricopa County Food Service Worker card required.
• Basic math skills for recipes, measurements, and portioning.
• Ability to memorize and execute Resort Standards, AAA Diamond expectations, and Mystery Shopper benchmarks.
