Intentional Hospitality Catering offers dynamic menus and event experiences customized to client’s event needs. We also offer our services to the location of your choice, and are able to offer special event experiences as well as daily meal services to corporate offices. Looking for someone to have a strong sense of leadership and is looking to grow into a higher level of responsibility.
- 19 years or older
- Food handling card or certification through approved organization
- Able to lift and move 50 pounds
- Able to sustain working long hours on your feet
- Should have reliable transportation to get to scheduled shifts on time
- 3 year experience in a high volume or catering kitchen environment
- Experienced with volume prep and recipe execution
- Can follow directives and instructions, on the spot, during busy times
- Working knowledge of common weights and recipe measurements
- Ability to work quickly, efficiently, neatly both independently and with a team
- Skilled in multi-tasking, organization and time management skills
- Has advanced knife skills
- Broad-based knowledge of techniques, cooking styles and cuisines
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work quickly, efficiently, neatly and independently

- Ability to work a flexible schedule based on our event calendar
- Pay to start at $16/hr and up depending on experience.
- Execute prep items and recipes according to directions and specs
- Apply safe Food Handling and Sanitation practices when preparing, handling or storing consumable items
- Clean and maintain an organized prep area
- Assist with dishes when a dishwasher is not on shift or needs help during high volume times
- Maintains a working environment that is set up for success, by properly setting up and breaking down kitchen and dish areas, keeping up with basic prep pars properly , completing daily side work & cleaning duties, and keeping cooking areas organized throughout service
- Help put orders away
- Prep items on prep list or other items as directed by chefs and lead cooks
- Pack carts, cambros and crates with items needed for an offsite event
