Our Front of House Managers oversee day-to-day operations of the front of house. Ensures employees consistently provide guests with excellent food and professional service. Maintain best practices and procedures t o achieve company objectives in sales, costs, employee retention, guest service, food quality, cleanliness and sanitation as defined by the Director of Operations.

What you will do:
- Ensures that all staffing levels are maintained and adjusted to meet or exceed customer needs
- Responsible for hiring, properly training, motivating, scheduling, and supervising FOH hourly employees
- Understand all policies, procedures, standards, specifications, guidelines and training programs.
- Responsible for maintaining and ensuring proper sanitation of all restaurant equipment
- Conforms to all federal, state, and local laws governing employee scheduling and wages
- Increase food sales and profit by closely monitoring the market, orders and
- Ensures all guests feel welcome and are given responsive, friendly, and courteous service always
- Extensive knowledge of wine varietals, wine regions, vintages, and food pairings with the ability to confidently guide guests and train staff
What you will bring:
- 3-7+ years of Restaurant Management experience in fine dining
- Degree or certificate in a relevant field preferred but not required
- Certifications such as Level 1 or Level 2 Sommelier, WSET certification, or equivalent wine and spirits education preferred
