• 3 years retail or customer service management experience (or)
• 4+ years of U.S. Military service
• Strong organizational, interpersonal, and problem‑solving skills
• Entrepreneurial mindset with experience in a sales‑focused environment
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to coach and mentor team partners with professional maturity
• Minimum high school diploma or GED
• Legal documentation establishing identity and eligibility to be legally employed in the country
• Ability to work full time (regularly over 40 hours per week) including variable hours such as early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
