Minimum Requirements:

• HS Diploma or GED
• 3 years retail or similar experience in high volume sales
• 2+ years management experience
• Experience in starting conversations with total strangers
• Experience in recruiting, developing, and growing talent
• Must have satisfactory Airport Badging Process
