As Part Time Customer Experience Manager, you will deliver a customer‑centric shopping experience by managing front‑end operations and expectations, leading omnichannel processes, maintaining store recovery standards and ensuring Brand Promises are delivered, while consistently providing friendly customer service.
Responsibilities- Assist Store Manager in ensuring adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Company programs; enforce Company policies; hold staff accountable for store conditions and results.
- Ensure all front‑end policies and procedures are followed; achieve KPIs; manage your team to reach their individual KPIs.
- Plan and lead execution of class and in‑store events per Company programs.
- Lead omnichannel processes.
- Manage and execute shrink and safety programs.
- Assist with cash reconciliation and bank deposits.
- Assist with inventory processes, including Return to Vendor (RTV) and Advance Shipping Notice (ASN) activities.
- Assist in onboarding new Team Members.
- Train, observe, and coach the customer experience team (sales floor and cashier) to achieve results; participate in performance management; support Talent Development and self‑development.
- Serve as Manager on Duty (MOD).
- Interact with customers in a respectful, positive manner; promote the organization’s vision and values; act as a role model.
- Acknowledge customers, help locate products, and provide solutions.
- Participate in truck unloading and stocking to meet truck standards and budget.
- Cross‑train in Custom Framing selling and production.
- For select stores without a Framing Manager, additionally lead the delivery of high‑quality custom framing solutions on time by managing framing workload with the Store Manager.
Retail management experience preferred.
Physical Requirements- Ability to remain standing for long periods.
- Ability to move throughout the store.
- Regular bending, lifting, carrying, reaching, and stretching.
- Lifting heavy boxes and accessing high shelves by ladder or similar equipment.

- Work in a public retail store setting, including climate‑controlled customer areas and stock rooms; possible outdoor work retrieving shopping carts or unloading trucks; work hours include nights, weekends, and early mornings.
