The primary responsibility of a Stock Team Member is to assist with freight flow process, backroom organization, sales‑floor replenishment, and price changes. This position requires a high level of organization and a sense of urgency.

• Assist in the receipt of merchandise in a safe, timely and efficient manner
• Maintain an efficient and organized stockroom
• Assemble products, execute markdowns and replenish the sales floor
• Provide support for driving profitable sales, protecting company assets and adhering to the Company Handbook during shifts
• Takes personal accountability for individual performance
• Treat co‑workers and customers respectfully and professionally; support company branding by adhering to the dress code
• Demonstrate a high commitment and support company initiatives
• Take initiative during every shift to ensure shipments are processed effectively and timely
• Report to work with a professional, positive, can‑do attitude at all times

• No experience necessary; stock experience preferred
• Energetic, results‑oriented and competitive with a drive to succeed
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals
• Effectively communicate both written and verbally
• Ability to work weekends, holidays and evenings
• Interpret company directives, Handbook and Manuals
• Work a schedule to meet store needs (often early mornings and off hours)
• Lift and move 50 pounds or more regularly
• Climb ladders
• Lift and move bulky merchandise regularly
• Stoop, bend, climb and lift to stock and retrieve merchandise from the stockroom and sales floor regularly
