Full‑time position located in Phoenix, Arizona.

• Participate in multiple renovation, new store, relocation, expansion, and other types of projects, ensuring project and store activities are completed to company standards in a timely manner.
• Merchandising and product placement.
• Unload merchandise from delivery trucks, organize merchandise, and transfer merchandise from stockroom to store; build and tear down fixtures.
• Set schematics, zone graphs, and other merchandise templates.
• Clean and maintain work areas.
• Provide customer service as needed.
• Complete other tasks as assigned by supervisor.
• Assist with day‑to‑day store activities related to the store project as directed by the Store Display Coordinator/Lead.
• Ensure all required project tasks are completed in a timely manner in accordance with company standards.
• Communicate with Store Display Coordinator/Lead and other team members to ensure daily on‑site operations run smoothly.
• Collaborate with store operations and Store Development Management to meet or exceed project standards.
• Partner with and support other SDAs and Store Display Coordinator and Leads as business needs dictate.
• Maintain a safe working environment at job sites.
• Implement new procedures, best practices, useful tools and efficiencies for all projects.
• Follow all company policies and procedures.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Ability to travel up to 100% of the time to specific project locations; overnight travel required.
• Work projects typically run on 14 consecutive‑day schedules; associates may work up to 14 consecutive days for each project, unless state‑specific rest periods apply.
• Must be able to travel, drive, and fly.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and dependable transportation.
• Must be able to work non‑traditional hours.

• Ability to lift up to 60 lbs.
• Ability to climb, walk, and stand for extended periods.

• Ability to manage personal and company expenses due to travel.

• Must be able to operate small power tools.

• Education:
  
  Prefer completion of high school or equivalent.
• Experience:
  
  1‑3 years of related work experience, preferably within the retail industry; full‑time or part‑time retail store management experience preferred.
• Technical:
  Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Outlook, Excel); ability to learn new applications.
