Your day begins by greeting every customer, making their initial and ongoing experience at the store a positive one. You quickly identify their needs and skillfully guide them through our processes, whether you're processing sales orders, managing will-call requests, or handling returns. You're often picking orders for customers, staging them for future pickups, and assisting them with their purchases. You take initiative by organizing and labeling inventory and restocking returns to ensure our counter space is always neat and efficient.

Your ability to multitask and your keen attention to detail ensure every transaction is handled with order excellence.

• High school diploma or equivalency
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Previous sales experience
• A positive attitude
• Cross-functional agility, attention to detail, and strong communication skills
• Initiative to actively seek opportunities to broaden knowledge and improve skills
• Computer skills: typing, messaging platforms, web browsers, file folders, etc.
• Ability to maintain emotions in fast-paced and stressful situations
• Ability to communicate complex situations clearly and simply by listening actively and conveying difficult messages in a positive manner
• Ability to facilitate collaboration
• Ability to perform work independently and under direct supervision
• Ability to maintain positive relationships with team members, customers, and vendors
• Ability to multitask
• Ability to lift or move up to 75 lbs. without assistance, and 75+ lbs. with assistance and/or lifting equipment

Preferred qualifications:

• Bilingual language abilities:
  English and Spanish
• 1-3+ years of plumbing/wholesale experience; or an acceptable combination of education and experience
• College degree or 2+ years' experience in the industry
• Previous experience using an inventory management system (Quick Books, Eclipse, Savance, etc.)
• Knowledgeable in Microsoft 365 software (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
• Experience with material handling equipment (forklift, pallet jack, hand dolly, etc.)
• Possess the drive to assist team members with other tasks

We offer a schedule from Monday through Friday, 7 a.m. to 4 p.m., with overtime available.
