As an associate for Importaciones Valentinas, you are more than just an "item scanner." The pace can be intense; there are times when you have to juggle several tasks in a short amount of time while helping customers.

• Greeting customers, responding to questions, and providing outstanding customer service.
• Receiving and stocking orders as needed.
• Operating cash registers, managing financial transactions, and balancing drawers as needed.
• Achieving established goals.
• Directing customers to merchandise within the store.
• Increasing in-store sales.
• Maintaining an orderly appearance throughout the sales floor.

• Speak English and Spanish.
• Retail sales experience.
• Maintain a positive attitude and focus on customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.
• The ability to read, write, and perform basic math.

As an associate, you will be essential in delivering outstanding customer service and driving retail sales in our store. Reporting to the Store Manager, your core skills in stocking, cash handling, and communication will ensure a well-organized shopping experience for customers. Your bilingual communication in English and Spanish will enhance customer interactions. Additionally, your relevant experience in store operations will support effective merchandising and product demonstrations, contributing to the overall success of our retail environment.
