Regional Finance Manager

• Lead regional budgeting and operational business planning processes
• Prepare accurate month-end close activities and financial statements
• Analyse financial performance and provide actionable recommendations
• Partner with operational teams to support strategic decision-making
• Support capital planning, including ROI analysis and evaluation
• Prepare and distribute regular financial reports and trend analysis

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• 5+ years of accounting or finance experience required
• At least 2 years of experience in a leadership role
• Working knowledge of GAAP accounting principles required
• Strong analytical, organisational, and communication skills required
• CPA certification is a plus, though not strictly required
• Experience with Oracle FMS or SQL systems is beneficial
