The Part Time Assistant Manager at J.Crew Factory in Phoenix, AZ is an on-site role that supports daily store operations while delivering an engaging customer experience. This role is responsible for assisting with floor supervision, leading by example in customer service, and supporting team members to meet sales and service goals. Responsibilities include overseeing visual merchandising standards, monitoring inventory levels, and helping manage stock replenishment and product placement.

The Assistant Manager collaborates with store leadership on opening and closing procedures, maintains store cleanliness and safety, and provides feedback and coaching to associates. This is a part-time role that requires schedule flexibility, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

• Ability to maintain high levels of Customer Satisfaction and provide strong Customer Service.
• Experience with Inventory Control and Inventory Management in a retail environment.
• Familiarity with Service Parts or stock handling processes to support back‑of‑house operations.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and conflict‑resolution skills for leading and supporting store teams.
• Previous retail or supervisory experience, preferably in apparel or specialty retail.
• Ability to stand for extended periods, move merchandise, and perform physical tasks as required.
• Comfort with basic point‑of‑sale systems and cash handling procedures.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in business or retail management is a plus.
