Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Neuro Sales Specialist – Phoenix East to join our innovative team in the critical neuroscience portfolio. The role focuses on building and maintaining therapeutic relationships with healthcare professionals in the CNS space to drive adoption of our differentiated neuroscience products.

Job Responsibilities
  • Drive sales performance by achieving forecasted revenue targets within the assigned territory through in‑person and virtual engagement with HCP offices and mental health community centers.
  • Effectively allocate budgets to meet territory objectives while customizing discussions and client interactions in a compliant and ethical manner.
  • Maintain a current understanding of local market dynamics, practice structures, evolving customer needs, and key influencers; routinely share insights with internal Intra‑Cellular stakeholders.
  • Provide input on resource allocation decisions across customers/region and identify programs/resources that are appropriate for each customer, practice, and system.
  • Collaborate with the Regional Business Manager and other stakeholders to develop a local business plan that ensures achievement of all business objectives and capitalizes on formulary approvals and other business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with other Neuroscience Sales Specialists to share best practices and support common objectives.
  • Accountable for providing timely and accurate administrative management of work hours, sales call data, customer objectives, communication responses, synchronization, sample and expense reporting.
  • Build a business plan based on depth and breadth of customer business needs, resources, and products.
  • Complete all company and job‑related training as assigned within the required timelines.
Job Requirements
  • 2+ years of previous sales experience in pharmaceuticals, biologics, or medical device sales; 3+ years in specialty pharmaceuticals preferred.
  • Launch, antipsychotic, and/or bipolar sales experience highly preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university; valid driver’s license and safe driving record required.
  • Strong desire and passion for improving the lives of patients and caregivers; patient‑centricity is essential.
  • High integrity and strict adherence to Johnson & Johnson compliance policies and procedures.
  • Self‑motivation, initiative, entrepreneurial drive, excellent decision‑making judgment, strong teamwork and cross‑functional collaboration skills.
  • Track record of success in learning and adapting to evolving environments such as Covid‑19 and virtual formats.
  • Analytical ability to assess progress against objectives, diagnose performance issues, and identify opportunities.
  • Experience establishing new customer relationships and communicating technical information to diverse audiences.
  • Work hours may include meetings scheduled outside normal working hours; some overnight travel may be required.
  • Must be able to perform essential functions of the position with or without reasonable accommodation.
Salary Range

$98,000 – $155,000 per year (base) plus variable incentives.
