Matterport is looking for a performance‑driven Mid‑Market Account Executive to sell our spatial computing platform across industries such as AEC, commercial real estate, retail, facilities management, and hospitality. The role is based in our Phoenix, AZ office.

• Proactively identify opportunities and build a pipeline of new business.
• Maintain an accurate forecast of sales pipeline on a weekly and monthly basis.
• Engage distributors, understand customer needs, and present Matterport solutions.
• Attend sales meetings, prepare presentations, and present to potential customers both virtually and on‑site.
• Participate in trade shows and conduct product (hardware/software) demonstrations of our Pro 3D camera.
• Prepare RFI, RFQ, and RFP responses for distributors, prospects, and management.
• Report sales progress and pipeline to the Sales Manager.
• Utilize Salesforce (SFDC) to track leads and business development activities.

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited, in‑person institution.
• 5+ years of enterprise or mid‑market sales experience.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue‑based sales quotas (SAAS, ARR).
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills for in‑person and virtual audiences.
• Current, valid driver’s license and ability to travel up to 25% of the time.
• Successful completion of a driving record check prior to employment.

• Experience with value‑based selling using ROI and the MEDDPICC sales methodology.
• Ability to identify strategic client pains and develop compelling, business‑value propositions.
• Strong relationship‑building skills and experience in a team‑selling environment.
• Background in commercial or residential real estate, insurance, restoration, construction, or travel industries.
• Prior experience with technology companies or in a technology‑focused sales role.
