About the Role:

As a Sales Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth by identifying and capitalizing on sales opportunities. Your primary responsibilities will include building and nurturing relationships with potential clients, understanding their needs, and presenting tailored solutions that align with our offerings. You will be tasked with managing the entire sales process from prospecting and lead generation to closing deals and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Success in this role requires a proactive approach, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of market trends and customer needs. We need strong communicators, who are quick learners, and have a natural sales instinct to be the first impression on the front lines  role demands a results-oriented mindset, the ability to meet and exceed sales targets, and a commitment to continuous learning and professional development.

What

You'll Do:
  • Build executive relationships and grasp client needs to identify growth opportunities
  • Present trucking solutions to fleet managers and key clients in an effective manner.
  • Resolve issues by identifying problems and implementing optimal solutions.
  • Meet and exceed business goals and revenue quotas
  • Stay updated on market trends to offer valuable consultative insights.
  • Contact prospective clients through cold calls and emails.
  • Reschedule/follow up with prospects.
