Marriott Vacations Worldwide is hiring a Sales Executive Trainee. The position offers a $5,000 sign‑on bonus, paid in two installments: $2,500 after successful completion of 45 days and $2,500 after 6 months of employment. Eligibility requires being a current employee at the time of payout. Additional terms and conditions apply; they are provided upon hire and upon request during the application process.

• Answer owner questions about property use and location amenities; provide recommendations based on the owner’s background information obtained through discovery.
• Follow up on referrals and leads from owners.
• Fulfill owner or prospect requests regarding pricing, property maps, descriptions, room locations, and portfolio/network information.
• Contact owners to monitor satisfaction, inform them of upcoming promotions, and develop business opportunities (e.g., reloads, referrals).
• Develop and maintain records on customer contacts to support effective follow‑up opportunities.

• Welcome and greet all guests and anticipate and address their needs.
• Interact with colleagues and guests professionally and promptly.
• Contribute to team goals.
• Always follow company policies and safety procedures.

• Available to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• Position may require background and drug screening, in accordance with state and local requirements.
• Maintain an active and in‑good‑standing professional real estate license where mandated by law.
• One‑year related experience is preferred.
• Ability to reach overhead and below the knees, perform bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping, and stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time.
