As an Account Manager, you'll serve as the primary point of contact for employer groups and brokers. You will:

• Build strong, long-term client relationships through responsive, high-touch service

• Lead open enrollment meetings and deliver clear, helpful benefit education

• Analyze data and prepare renewal packages to support 90%+ retention

• Resolve escalated concerns quickly and professionally

• Travel locally within the Phoenix area to meet with clients

• Experience: 2+ years in insurance account management (or a related role)

• Communication: Strong written and verbal skills with a client-first approach

• Analytical confidence: Comfortable reviewing data and recommending solutions

• Presentation skills: Able to explain benefits in a clear, engaging way

• Problem-solving mindset: Proactive, service-oriented, and dependable
