As an Account Manager, you'll serve as the primary point of contact for employer groups and brokers. You will:
Build strong, long-term client relationships through responsive, high-touch service
Lead open enrollment meetings and deliver clear, helpful benefit education
Analyze data and prepare renewal packages to support 90%+ retention
Resolve escalated concerns quickly and professionally
Travel locally within the Phoenix area to meet with clients
Experience: 2+ years in insurance account management (or a related role)
Communication: Strong written and verbal skills with a client-first approach
Analytical confidence: Comfortable reviewing data and recommending solutions
Presentation skills: Able to explain benefits in a clear, engaging way
Problem-solving mindset: Proactive, service-oriented, and dependable
