Key Responsibilities
- Perform sales calls within your territory and develop a strategic plan to exceed annual goals.
- Proactively target both existing customers and high‑potential new accounts.
- Build strong, trust‑based relationships at all organizational levels.
- Understand customer needs and deliver consultative, value‑driven solutions.
- Identify new opportunities and maintain a predictable, high‑quality pipeline.

- Accurately update all activity, interactions, and pipeline details in our CRM system.
What You Bring
Experience & Technical Aptitude
- Technical degree or 3+ years of successful industrial distribution/technical sales experience.
- Expertise in at least one of the following:
Machine Control, Motion Control, Safety Systems, Robotics / Automation. - Ability to interpret blueprints, technical manuals, and vendor catalogs.
Core Skills & Competencies
- Proven track record of year‑over‑year sales growth and new account acquisition.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- High resilience, self‑motivation, and the ability to independently manage a territory.
