This is a full‑time, base + uncapped commission sales role designed to fast‑track your career in high‑ticket sales. You'll start by building foundational skills as an Appointment Setter—with full training, ongoing mentorship, and a proven path to promotion.

Target compensation in Year 1 is $55K–$70K+ target earnings (OTE), with top performers moving into Closer roles ($150K+ OTE) after 12 months. If you're serious about sales, this is where you come to grow fast, learn from the best, and earn what you're worth.
🙌 This is an on‑site position at our Scottsdale, AZ headquarters. You’ll be fully immersed in a high‑performance culture, surrounded by teammates who move fast, push each other, and celebrate big wins together.
RESPONSIBILITIES- Maintain a sales‑first, extroverted mindset, making 100‑130+ outbound calls per day to generate interest in our coaching program.
- Show up each day as an awesome team player, thrive on friendly competition, and strive for success in each conversation you have.
- Develop a strong product knowledge of , Dean Graziosi, and Tony Robbins to effectively set qualified conversations for prospects and our Closers team.
- Deliver a best‑in‑class client experience to all individuals interested in our coaching offers, events, or coaches.
- Consistently meet and exceed setting goals, along with monthly KPIs while having fun and driving sales growth with your team.
- Drive Sales‑Qualified conversations through high‑volume outbound efforts (text and calls) to warm prospects interested in high‑ticket business coaching.
- Build rapport and excitement quickly and effectively with prospects aiming to elevate their skill‑set and businesses to the next level.
- Collaborate with our Closer team and Sales Leadership to continuously enhance your sales skillset and abilities.
