You will be part of our growing inside sales team, signing up new accounts through outbound calling efforts to inbound leads, NO COLD CALLING. This is not a boiler room.
Key focuses- Hit or exceed your monthly new business quota
- Making 60+ phone calls (12+ conversations) per day to assigned leads
- Run call and email campaigns to sign up New Accounts
- B2B/B2C sales experience preferred
- High need for achievement and competition; loves to compete and win
- Enthusiastic, optimistic and certain of victory; unfazed by rejection
- Strong organization and time management skills
Easily builds rapport and establishes relationships with prospects - Listens patiently; will probe and clarify to get a real sense of customer's needs
- Track record of meeting/exceeding goals/quotas
- Coachable, listens to and implements advice from manager
- Resourceful, goes over, under and through obstacles to achieve success
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to convey them over the phone
- Ability to thrive under pressure and enjoys the challenge of tight deadlines and managing a variety of duties
- Bachelor's Degree preferred but not required
- Regular, reliable, and predictable attendance is an essential requirement of this position

The US base pay for this full-time position is $15.39/hr. plus commission. The expected start date is December 1, 2025
