Service Sales Estimator – Sales Division at American Roofing & Waterproofing LLC.

Location:

Phoenix, AZ 85040 | In-Office | Full-Time | Monday – Friday | Occasional Weekends. Base: $60,000–$80,000 base (DOE) + commissions + bonuses.

American Roofing & Waterproofing is growing and looking for a skilled, results-oriented Service Sales Roofing Estimator to join our sales team. If you know how to close deals, understand commercial roofing systems, and want to maximize your earnings, this role is for you.

• Meet with prospects and explain our commercial roofing services
• Perform accurate estimates and takeoffs using on-screen software
• Follow up with leads and close deals
• Conduct property inspections and roof assessments
• Use CRM software to manage leads and contracts
• Help identify new business opportunities through networking and events
• Coordinate with office and production teams to complete jobs efficiently
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales goals

• 10+ years of commercial roofing sales and estimating experience
• Proven track record in business development and relationship-building
• Proficiency in Plan Swift, Bluebeam, Building Connected, Procore, Construct Connect, and Bid Board
• Strong understanding of commercial roofing systems, blueprint reading, and construction documents
• Comfortable using Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PDF tools, and CRM platforms (Acculynx a plus)
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills
• Organized, self-motivated, and detail-oriented
• Physically capable of walking roofs, lifting up to 50 lbs, and carrying ladders
• A team player with a strong work ethic
