Base pay rangeJob Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Bilingual Sales Associate to join the team at Camelback Subaru Volkswagen located in Phoenix, Arizona. This is a full-time individual contributor sales role with a competitive base salary plus commission structure.
Compensation & Benefits:
Generous Commission-Based Pay w/ Guaranteed Income - $3,000 - $15,000 + per month!

- Greet customers, respond to inquiries, and discuss various automotive models and features.
- Answer customer questions about vehicles and services.
- Utilize customer relationship management software (CRM) to track customer interactions and sales deals.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by providing a friendly and thorough sales process.
- Liaise with customers after a sale has been consummated to ensure a positive customer experience.
- Foster relationships with customers to ensure future sales.
- Achieve sales goals and objectives in a fast-paced environment.
- Use automotive knowledge and sales techniques to provide outstanding service and close deals.
- Fluency in both English and Spanish.
- Proven customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage competing priorities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
