Hot Foot Recruiters is hiring an Sales Assistant in the Phoenix, AZ area. The candidate will be working with Sales Manager on any sales-admin/customer service tasks assigned.

Position: Sales Assistant

Type: Full-Time, Temp-to-hire

Work Hours: 8am-5pm (Monday-Friday) - 1hr lunch

Pay: $20-22/hr.

Location: Phoenix, AZ 85008

Responsibilities:

• Work with Sales Manager and answer all inbound calls
• Follow up with past customers and assist with reordering.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Communicate with Procurements or Logistics team directly to ensure customer satisfactions
• Provide exceptional customer service, resolving issues promptly.
• Navigate negotiations and close sales across language barriers.
• Process invoices and follow up with clients, suppliers, and partners as needed.
• Provide sales operations and administrative support.

• Bilingual proficiency in Mandarin OR Spanish is a PLUS
• 3+ years of B2B sales experience is highly preferred.
• Demonstrated success in driving sales through persuasive communication.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure unified customer satisfaction.
• Stay updated on industry trends and product knowledge in both languages.
• Contribute to the development of bilingual sales materials for broader outreach.
• Advanced MS Excel skills (creating spreadsheets and using functions)
• Organizational and time-management skills
• Must be able to pass a drug and background check.
