AboutThe Role
As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you will take control of your own career through hard work and grit. You will collaborate with various colleagues across the commercial sales organization to create a targeted, value‑add pitch for each potential partner. In addition to booking qualified leads to Sales, you will maintain a robust pipeline of prospects and develop qualified sales opportunities to grow market share and build revenue.
WhatYou'll Do
- Reach out to, develop and convert prospects into qualified selling opportunities, then transition them effectively to the appropriate Business Development Manager.
- Work closely with your territory teams to research dealerships with the greatest potential for sales conversion.
- Develop targeted outreach via phone and/or email to generate engagement and create bookings for the Business Development Team to drive partnership and revenue.
- Drive attendance and conduct follow‑up for all events automotive
Mastermind attends or sponsors (e.g., trade shows, webinars, thought‑leadership events, commingling customer/prospect events). - Work closely with the marketing team and leverage marketing leads, Salesforce, and Sales Loft platforms to identify contacts and dealers most engaged and ready to be sold to.
- Create a cadence of monthly outreach in compliance with team KPI standards to ensure bookings goals and targets are met or exceeded.
- Regularly report on the quantity of bookings, outreach velocity, and the quality and conversion of marketing leads for sales opportunities.
- 1+ years of work experience in a sales or marketing capacity, ideally at a solution‑services company, within the auto industry or SaaS environment.
- Ability to develop a professional rapport and collaborate effectively with sales and marketing teams.
- Highly motivated and goal‑oriented, with a hunter mentality.
- Excellent oral and written communications, including the ability to effectively present information to top management and executives.
- Ability to multi‑task and manage multiple priorities.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and make decisions with minimal supervision.
- Innovative self‑starter with the discipline to work and think independently.
- S&P Global states that the anticipated base salary range for this position is $59,827 to $65,000. Final base salary will be based on the individual’s geographical location as well as experience and qualifications for the role.
- In addition to base compensation, this role is eligible for an annual incentive plan.
