An Insight Global client is seeking to hire an Outside Sales Engineer in Phoenix, AZ. This will be fully onsite Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm. They are looking for a driven sales professional who thrives on solving complex technical challenges while building strong customer relationships! This permanent, direct-hire opportunity!

Day to Day:

• Manage HVAC Equipment sales and work closely with customers to meet project expectations
• Prepare and deliver technical presentations explaining products or services to existing and prospective customers
• Talk with customers and engineers to assess equipment needs and to determine system requirements
• Collaborate with sales teams and estimating department to meet customer requirements and provide sales support on a variety of projects
• Secure new construction projects and tenant improvement projects and coordinate product delivery
• Plan and modify products or create custom solutions to meet customer needs
• Help clients solve problems and troubleshoot installed equipment
• Recommend improved equipment or processes to customers, showing how changes will lower costs or increase production

Qualifications:

• 2-3 years in a sales role
• Product knowledge
• Ability to identify prospective customers, leads and convert it to sales
• Strong interpersonal skills both for building relationships with clients and effectively communicating with other members of the sales team.

Compensation:

$70k to $100k (base salary, excluding compensation)

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
