We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Client Relations Specialist to be the first point of contact for individuals in urgent need of legal help. This is a fast-paced, in-office sales role where quick decision-making and the ability to close same-day or with short-term follow-up are critical. You won’t be selling a "want" — you’ll be selling a need where every second counts.
Professionalism, empathy, and the ability to communicate urgency are essential to your success in this role.
- Conduct initial consultations with potential clients facing criminal charges
- Gather essential case facts and communicate the importance of timely legal action
- Follow up and retain clients quickly—many sales are same-day
- Present case information to attorneys for assessment
- Maintain clear and consistent communication with leads
- Proven ability to excel in fast-paced, high-stakes sales
- Strong communication, closing, and follow-up skills
- Ability to quickly build trust and rapport with clients
- Familiarity with Clio or Hub Spot is a plus
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required
