PrimaryDuties & Responsibilities
- Engage with business owners, property managers, and landlords to generate and maintain client relationships.
- Coordinate and conduct site visits for roof evaluations.
- Gather accurate roof measurements, photos, and documentation to prepare estimates.
- Import PDF roof drawings into On-Screen Takeoff estimating software.
- Use DRC estimating sheets to prepare detailed and accurate roof estimates.
- Generate professional proposals (Word format) and deliver to customers via email.
- Follow up on bids, capture contracts, and secure new projects.
- Create and maintain job files once contracts are finalized.
Ensure all business is conducted in accordance with company policies, procedures, and values. - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support business needs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Critical thinker with initiative knows when to pick up the phone, ask questions, and provide prompt responses.
- Strong problem‑solving skills takes ownership, resolves issues, and communicates effectively with the team.
- Team player mindset willing to step in and complete tasks as needed, no matter the size.
- 5 years of sales or commercial roofing experience preferred.
- Construction experience a plus.
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
