Commercial Re-Roof Sales Representative

• Engage with business owners, property managers, and landlords to generate and maintain client relationships.
• Coordinate and conduct site visits for roof evaluations.
• Gather accurate roof measurements, photos, and documentation to prepare estimates.
• Import PDF roof drawings into On-Screen Takeoff estimating software.
• Use DRC estimating sheets to prepare detailed and accurate roof estimates.
• Generate professional proposals (Word format) and deliver to customers via email.
• Follow up on bids, capture contracts, and secure new projects.
• Create and maintain job files once contracts are finalized.
  
  Ensure all business is conducted in accordance with company policies, procedures, and values.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support business needs.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Critical thinker with initiative knows when to pick up the phone, ask questions, and provide prompt responses.
• Strong problem‑solving skills takes ownership, resolves issues, and communicates effectively with the team.
• Team player mindset willing to step in and complete tasks as needed, no matter the size.
• 5 years of sales or commercial roofing experience preferred.
• Construction experience a plus.
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
