  1+ years of experience in residential real estate, home inspection, or home improvement preferred but not required.
• Comfort with Commission

  Ability to thrive in a 100% commission-based role.
• Construction Knowledge
  :
  Experience in construction is beneficial, though not mandatory.
• Physical Requirements
  :
  Comfortable with physical tasks including entering crawlspaces, walking, climbing ladders, kneeling, and crawling.
• Valid Driver's License: Possess a valid driver's license and a safe driving record.
• Computer Literacy: Basic computer skills required; we provide training on specialized software.
