Position SummaryThe Account Executive is a key member of the Med Insight team, responsible for driving client retention and revenue growth within our existing customer base. This role focuses on building strong, strategic relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction, secure renewals, and expand the adoption of Med Insight solutions.
You will work directly with clients to execute the objectives of the Med Insight Account Executive program, which include:
- Maintaining a 95%+ client retention rate through proactive engagement and renewal management.
- Generating additional revenue from existing clients through upselling and cross‑selling Med Insight and Milliman solutions.
- Expanding the use of Med Insight products within client organizations.
- Leading strategic planning discussions with client executives to align Med Insight offerings with client priorities.
- Own the end‑to‑end account management process for assigned clients, including renewals, expansion opportunities, and overall satisfaction.
- Develop and execute strategic account plans that drive retention and revenue growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key client stakeholders, serving as a trusted advisor and primary point of contact.
- Identify and pursue upsell and cross‑sell opportunities to expand Med Insight’s footprint within existing accounts.
- Lead renewal negotiations and ensure timely completion of contracts and documentation.
- Deliver client presentations and facilitate strategic planning sessions to align Med Insight solutions with client objectives.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding, training, and ongoing support for clients.
- Monitor account health, usage metrics, and engagement to proactively address risks and opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and ensure compliance with internal processes.
- Support billing and invoicing accuracy by coordinating with Finance and resolving any account‑related issues.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare, or related field preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in account management, client success, or sales, ideally in healthcare or SaaS.
- Proven ability to manage renewals and drive revenue growth within existing accounts.
- Strong relationship‑building, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Highly organized with excellent project‑management capabilities.
- Proficiency in CRM systems (Salesforce experience a plus) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to travel up to 25% as needed.
The base salary range for this role is $78,800 – $145,130. For candidates residing in Alaska, California, Connecticut, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York City, Pennsylvania, Virginia, Washington, or the District of Columbia, the salary range is $90,620 – $145,130. All other locations: $78,800 – $126,200. This role can be located remotely within the United States. The job posting is expected to close on February 27, 2026.
