About The Job

We are looking for a part time sales and marketing specialist who is self motivated, ambitious, and ready to rock ! We will drive memberships at our new F45 through creating quality and engaging social media content, building business to business relationships, and converting sales leads from the community and CRM systems. The ideal candidate is energetic and enthusiastic and a true born people person.

They are well presented and knowledgeable about the fitness world or eager to learn about the fitness world with unbelievable relationship building and influencing skills. We are looking for someone to take full ownership of this role in order to create a healthier and more fit community in the growing Downtown Phoenix Community.

This role does pay hourly based on experience + commissions and bonuses based on performance.

• Manage new lead pipeline through calling, texts, emails, and email blasts.
• Ability to meet sales metrics and goals on a monthly basis.
• Create social media content on Facebook, Instagram, and Tik Tok.
• Create relationships with community business and community micro influencers to promote F45.
• Educate and engage Downtown Phoenix community by organizing events and participating in events.
• Working in Loyalsnap and Mindybody on a daily basis to consistently be touching potential leads. (training on systems will be provided)
• Building rapport with potential and current members.
• Be a leader at the studio by working individually and as a group with head trainers and trainers to hit targets and goals.
• Work closely with the Studio manager to develop growth strategies and detailed market execution plans.
• Speak passionately and knowledgeably about the brand and business.

• 2+ years of experience in membership sales and marketing.
• Experience in social media management and content creation.
• Proven record of sales success.
• Unbelievable relationship building and networking skills.
• Ability to plan and set priorities to achieve business objectives.
• Strong business acumen skills with an ability to build and analyze basic financial models.
• Presentation / Public Speaking skills.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to think and act quickly and effectively under pressure while maintaining a calm, professional attitude.
• Ability to work in studio.

Compensation: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour, hourly + monthly commissions based on performance.
