A results-driven enterprise sales team is seeking a highly motivated contingent worker to support franchise sales operations and accelerate revenue growth across key accounts. This role will assist in progressing sales cycles, supporting high-priority opportunities, and ensuring a leading experience for franchise partners through effective coordination and follow-up.
Key Responsibilities- Support revenue generation by assisting in closing outstanding franchise deals and moving opportunities through the sales pipeline.
- Partner cross-functionally with Sales and Onboarding teams to facilitate contract finalization and track activation milestones.
- Coordinate franchise communications, follow-ups, and progress reporting to maintain transparency and drive results.
- Assist in sales enablement efforts, including updating work orders in CRM systems and tracking key metrics.
- Conduct audits on stores and partners to identify opportunities for re-engagement or account expansion.
- Document process learnings and improvement opportunities to help scale team operations.
- 2–4 years of experience in sales support, account management, or business operations, ideally within a high-growth environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; bilingual proficiency (English / Spanish) preferred.
- Experience supporting sales pipelines and proficiency in CRM platforms (Salesforce experience a plus).
- Demonstrated ability to independently coordinate across teams and deliver results.
- Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail.
- Adaptable, resourceful, and capable of managing multiple priorities.
- Collaborative communicator; entrepreneurial and results-driven mindset.
